Sportspy : Presentation night - 2007/08 season.

Working up a good hangover at the Layton Institute watching the presentation of awards for the 2007/08 BFSFA season.  A wise move taking today off.

Sportspy : Sportspy Reports - Sunday May 11th 2008.

Photographs from Elswick and Boundary Park where the last three matches of the 2007/08 season were taking place.  Two sides needed a win in order to finish runners up and another needed three points to win a Divisional title.  Would they get them?

Sportspy : Sportspy Reports - Thursday May 8th 2008.

At Bloomfield Road, the home of Blackpool FC, watching the 41st Gledhill Cup final between holders Quilligans FC and fellow Premier Division side Hydronics FC.  Quilligans were looking to lift the trophy for the fourth season in a row.  Could they manage it?

Sportspy : Sportspy Reports - Sunday April 27th 2008.

The first visit for fyldesport.com to Ballam Road, Lytham to watch the important Division 2A encounter between Visualise North FC and ward Heating FC.  With two games each left to play they were only separated at the top of the table by goal difference.  It couldn't be closer.

The third visit of the week to the ground of Blackpool Wren Rovers FC to watch the Division 1 Cup final between CTK FC and Fylde Coast Gates FC.  Gates were the losing finalists last season, could they lift the trophy this time around?

Sportspy : Sportspy Reports - Thursday April 17th 2008.

The ground of Blackpool Wren Rovers FC was the venue for this season's Premier Division Cup final between Northern Care FC and Red Rose Catering FC.  At half time we also had the penalty shoot-out competition between the respective Divisional winners of the Fair Play league.  Cold and damp once again.

Sportspy : Sportspy Reports (2) - Sunday April 13th 2008.

Just time for some lunch and to recharge the camera battery before heading back across to the ground of Blackpool Mechanics FC to watch the Division 2 Cup final.  A great match in prospect between Division 2B's Fleetwood Car Centre FC and Division 2A title chasers Ward Heating FC.  Who would lift the trophy?

Sportspy : Sportspy Reports (1) - Sunday April 13th 2008.

An early start this morning across at the ground of Blackpool Mechanics FC for the 10:30 kick off.  The Division 3 Cup final was taking place in calm and dry conditions.  Progress Sports & Social FC were taking on fellow Division 3A side the Fairhaven FC with both teams looking to pick up their first ever piece of BFSFA silverware.

Sportspy : Sportspy Extra - Sunday April 13th 2008.

The second Gledhill Cup semi final was played today at the ground of Blackpool Wren Rovers FC.  Premier Division team Hydronics FC were taking on Waterloo Hotel FC of Division 1 for a place in the prestigious final.  Quilligans FC awaited the winners.

Sportspy : Sportspy Extra - Sunday April 6th 2008.

The first of this season's Gledhill semi finals was played this morning at the ground of Blackpool Wren Rovers FC.  Quilligans FC were attempting to reach the prestigious final for the fourth season in succession against Division 1 team McDonald Property FC. Thanks to Quilligans FC for the photographs.
