BFSFA : Division 1 side looking for a keeper |
 | A newly promoted team to Division 1 is in urgent need of a committed goal keeper. They're a well managed team and a good set of lads. If interested, please E-Mail me in the first instance (sportspy22@aol.com) with your full name and contact details and I'll pass them on to the appropriate person. Thanks. |

Sportspy : No 4 Celtic FC looking for players |
 | We are No.4 Celtic FC from Division 3 and despite being a well established side we have found ourselves struggling for players this season. We are seeking comitted players in all positions. Also, we'd be interested in any team that wants to share an astro turf pitch for training each week. We don't get the numbers to justify booking it solely for ourselves. Thanks, Matt - n4celticfc@hotmail.com |

BFSFA : Local referees look set to be unavailable. |
 | A number of local referees across the Fylde Coast look set to be unavailable on Sunday September 12th as they undertake a day of 'inaction' in protest at the failed proposal to increase their fees to £25 per game. Following a recently held meeting to discuss the situation, Referees Appointments Secretary Dave Connor explained the collective view of the Men in Black at the last Club Secretary's meeting. No progress has been made on the matter and therefore, and in accordance with the vote taken at the referees' meeting, a number of referees look to be unavailable on the 12th. Clubs may wish to confirm the intentions of their allocated referee for the 12th, and if applicable, take steps to make alternative arrangements. |

BFSFA : Boars Head FC Charity Fun Day |
 | This Bank Holiday Monday (30/08) there will be a Charity Fun day at the Boars Head Pub, Marton in aid of the Brian House Children's Hospice. As well as the usual face painting and bouncy castles there will be the opportunity to win a signed Blackpool FC shirt. Naturally, the Sunday football team will be in attendance and they too have organised lots more activities, mostly revolving around the drinking of beer. Get down there if you can and support a worth cause. |
